End of July two night stay for two people. Having stayed here multiple times we were expecting everything to be top class as usual. We were not disappointed. Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. The accommodation is excellent. Food was top class as usual. The staff as always are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. One minor issue was our room was set up as a double when we had requested a twin. The lovely receptionist changed our room while we were at dinner. Unfortunately, this was also a double. We were moved a third time and did get a twin room.

A beautiful hotel with the most attentive and pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble, even though the hotel was busy with a funeral party. A delight

It was a beautiful room and very good value . Everything was very clean and it was the perfect overnight stay . The breakfast was first class . The only reason for 4 stars not 5 was the restaurant booked for dinner was really busy and very noisy so decided to give it a miss and went and found food somewhere a little quieter .

Really friendly professional staff. Big shout out to Martina on reception. Appreciate the early check in on this occasion taking into account my circumstances. Food was amazing particularly Sunday roast.

Staff were unbelievable!! I have never experienced such nice friendly staff anywhere else in all my years. They make the hotel. Nothing was a problem, they were so helpful and made our stay amazing 😍 they epitomise the big Irish welcome. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The waiters see you sitting at the table, but they don't come to ask you. I ordered from the bar they didn't even come with the drink, I ordered again at the waiter I waited for good minutes and they didn't come. Too bad for such a location not to have a little respect for customers

We where there for a family wedding. Hotel 100%. Staff very polite, courteous , and very very helpful and professional 100%. Can't fault the Hotel or staff one bit. We where staying for two nights in the hotel and the only problem we encountered was the following day when Eight of us went down for Dinner. We had to book and there was a waiting time of One and a half hour for a table. We could live with that and two in our group decided to get a toasted sandwich. And they where told because we where sitting in the lobby this wasn't possible. We where sitting in the lobby because there was no room in the bar to sit and have a drink. We could go into the bar and order our drinks but the only place to sit and drink them was in the lobby. At this stage two couples decided to leave a day early. And the rest decided to go down the town for some dinner. We found a lovely pub with great food and drink. Once again the hotel was super but when it comes to the next day we found ourselves as residents of the hotel having to go down the town to get some dinner within a reasonable time. Probably didn't help that we where there on a Saturday and Sunday. Thanks Joe.
